Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the world's oldest and most thoroughly studied healing systems — and one of the most effective tools available for pain relief, stress reduction, and whole-body restoration.
At Ethereal Flow, acupuncture treatments are individualized to your specific pattern of imbalance, not just your diagnosis. Each session begins with a thorough assessment so that every needle placement is purposeful and precise.
What sets treatment at Ethereal Flow apart is the lens it's viewed through. As a licensed pharmacist as well as an acupuncturist, Laura evaluates your current medications alongside your symptoms, catching interactions or side effects that a purely East Asian medicine-trained practitioner wouldn't be positioned to see. This makes Ethereal Flow especially suited to patients managing multiple medications, overlapping diagnoses, or conditions that haven't responded to treatment elsewhere.
Acupuncture is effective for:
Chronic and acute pain (back, neck, joint, headache, migraine)
Stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation
Sleep disturbances and fatigue
Digestive issues
Hormonal imbalance and menstrual irregularity
Immune support and overall wellness

Chinese Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is one of the most sophisticated pharmacological systems in the world, refined over thousands of years of clinical practice. At Ethereal Flow, formulas are custom-blended to your individual presentation — not prescribed by symptom alone, but by the full pattern of what your body is communicating. Herbal formulas are dispensed as a separate retail item at checkout.

Herbal Reevaluation — $63
Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses gentle suction to release fascial tension, improve circulation, and draw stagnation out of tissue held tight from stress, injury, or overuse. Glass or silicone cups create a vacuum against the skin, either held still or gently glided across the area, and most sessions take just 5 to 15 minutes.
Cupping is one of the oldest healing practices in the world, referenced in Egyptian medical texts dating back to 1550 BC and used by Hippocrates himself for musculoskeletal and respiratory complaints. It has been practiced continuously across Chinese, Middle Eastern, and European traditions for thousands of years, and today it's one of the most common techniques used by acupuncturists and massage therapists worldwide.
Patients seek out cupping for musculoskeletal pain, tension headaches and migraines, respiratory conditions, and stress-related tightness, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and back. It's also a popular complement to acupuncture for patients managing chronic fatigue or slow-healing injuries.

Standalone Cupping Session — $45
Cupping is included at no additional charge with any acupuncture session.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body's natural capacity to restore balance. Sessions promote deep relaxation, emotional clearing, and nervous system regulation — making it a powerful complement to acupuncture or a meaningful stand-alone experience.

60-Minute Reiki Session — $126
Reiki Add-On (15 min, with acupuncture) — $27
Acupoint Injection Therapy
Acupoint injection therapy, also known as biopuncture, delivers a small amount of a homeopathic substance directly into targeted acupuncture points, combining the focused effect of needling with the therapeutic properties of the injected compound. It's especially useful for conditions that haven't fully responded to conventional treatment on their own.
At Ethereal Flow, we currently use Traumeel, a homeopathic combination remedy made from 14 botanical ingredients, originally developed in the 1930s and used for decades to support pain relief, reduce inflammation, and aid tissue healing.
Patients most often use this treatment for:
Neck, back, and shoulder pain
Sciatica and nerve pain
Joint pain and arthritis
Tendinitis, sprains, and strains
Migraines and tension headaches
Each injection takes about 10 to 15 minutes and is added directly onto your acupuncture visit. Most patients begin with a series of weekly treatments for 4 to 8 weeks, then continue on an as-needed basis depending on response. This service is not covered by insurance.
This service is available as an add-on to acupuncture sessions only and is not offered as a standalone treatment at this time.
